1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VideoStream Interactive Partners, Inc. (“VIP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with Cricket Network, including our mobile applications, connected-TV applications, websites, video players, software, communications, and related services that link to or display this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you acknowledge that we will handle information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

• Account and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, username, password or authentication credentials, country, language preference, and account settings.
• Profile, participation, and support information, such as favorite teams, preferences, contest entries, poll responses, comments, chat messages, messages to support, survey responses, and other information you choose to provide.
• Device and usage information, such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app instance IDs, device model, operating system, app version, browser type, network information, crash logs, diagnostics, pages or screens viewed, video playback events, content watched, searches, clicks, time stamps, and interactions with advertisements or notifications.
• Location information, such as approximate location derived from IP address and, if you grant permission, precise device location used for rights management, content availability, fraud prevention, or location-based features.
• Transaction information, if paid features are offered, such as purchase history, subscription status, payment confirmation, and app-store or payment-provider data. We generally do not receive full payment card numbers when transactions are processed by app stores or payment processors.
• Information from authentication providers, app stores, analytics providers, advertising partners, leagues, teams, event partners, social platforms, or other third parties, depending on how you access or interact with the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate, provide, maintain, protect, improve, measure, and personalize the Service.

• Provide streaming, video playback, account access, support, notifications, schedules, scores, and other Service features.
• Determine content availability, territorial rights, blackouts, device compatibility, and event eligibility.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent fraud, detect abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect rights, safety, and security.
• Personalize content, recommendations, language, layout, favorites, alerts, advertising, and user experience.
• Send Service-related communications, support responses, legal notices, security notices, and, where permitted, marketing communications.
• Analyze performance, audience engagement, ad delivery, content performance, product usage, crashes, and technical issues.
• Administer contests, promotions, rewards, polls, interactive features, and other optional activities.
• Comply with law, regulatory obligations, legal process, sanctions, export controls, rights-holder obligations, app-store requirements, and contractual obligations.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information as described below, subject to applicable law.

• Service providers and contractors who help us operate the Service, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, content delivery networks, video streaming, analytics, customer support, authentication, email, push notifications, security, payment processing, ad technology, consent management, and app operations.
• Leagues, teams, event organizers, rights holders, sponsors, and business partners where reasonably necessary to provide the Service, report aggregate audience metrics, administer promotions, satisfy rights obligations, or support partnership features.
• Advertising and analytics partners who help deliver, measure, and improve advertising and content performance. These partners may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, device identifiers, or similar technologies subject to applicable law and your choices.
• App stores, device platforms, authentication providers, and third-party services when you use those platforms or integrations.
• Legal, safety, and compliance recipients where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, rights-holder obligations, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, protect security, protect rights or safety, or investigate misuse.
• Corporate transaction parties in connection with a merger, financing, investment, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, joint venture, or similar transaction.
• Other recipients with your consent or at your direction.

5. Cookies, SDKs, Advertising, and Analytics

We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, authenticate users, measure performance, deliver or measure ads, prevent fraud, and improve the Service.

Depending on your location, settings, and applicable law, you may be able to control cookies, advertising identifiers, analytics, or interest-based advertising through browser settings, device settings, app permissions, consent tools, “Limit Ad Tracking,” “App Tracking Transparency,” “Delete Advertising ID,” “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanisms, Global Privacy Control where supported, or industry opt-out tools. Some choices may be browser- or device-specific.

6. International Availability and Transfers

Cricket Network may be accessed from multiple countries, subject to rights restrictions and applicable law. We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we, our service providers, or partners operate. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your location.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law.

7. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain accounts, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and our legal, operational, and rights-management needs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for using secure devices and networks.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, applicable law may give you rights to access, confirm, correct, delete, port, restrict, object to processing of, or withdraw consent for certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, profiling, or marketing practices, and to appeal a rights decision where required by law.

You can manage some choices directly through your device settings, app permissions, push notification settings, email unsubscribe links, cookie settings, or advertising identifier settings. If you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional, account, legal, security, or Service-related communications.

9. U.S. State Privacy Notice

Certain U.S. state privacy laws may require additional disclosures. We may collect the categories of personal information described above, including identifiers, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, geolocation information, inferences, and other information you provide or that is generated through use of the Service.

We use and disclose those categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics activities may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws. 10. Children and Teen Users

The Service is not directed to children under 13 in the United States or to children below the minimum age required by applicable law in other jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact legal@videostreamip.com and we will take appropriate steps.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of the Service and deciding whether content is appropriate for them.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites, platforms, app stores, authentication providers, social networks, ticketing services, merchandise stores, payment processors, advertisers, sponsors, or other services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Review their privacy policies and terms before providing information to them.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated policy in the Service, sending an email if we have your email address, or using another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you acknowledge the updated policy.
